Problems with the MSN Toolbar not displaying
The MSN Toolbar appears under the address bar of your web browser. If you do not see the MSN Toolbar, try the procedures below in the order listed.
Please click one:
Check the web browser settings
See if the MSN Toolbar hidden by another toolbar
Close all web browser windows
Unlock the toolbars in your web browser
Ensure the MSN Toolbar is selected

You can also turn off other toolbars if they're blocking the MSN Toolbar. To turn off a toolbar, click the View menu, and then point to Toolbars. If a check mark appears next to a toolbar you want to hide, click the toolbar name to remove the check mark.
